Several prominent Congress leaders, including Rajya Sabha MP KC Venugopal, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, were among those who were detained by Delhi Police.
