Frames Film Festival is the largest undergraduate Film festival in India undertaken by the BMM Department of SIES College Nerul of Arts, Science and Commerce. A bunch of movie geeks started this initiative in 2003 as a platform for budding filmmakers to showcase their cinematic talents infront of people who have left a mark on the movie reel. 14 years later we continue celebrating with a renewed batch of geniuses who take the baton of driving the festival forward. It is a three day festival 11, 12 and 13th of January, each day denotes different category of screening. Day 1 screens National and International short films; Day 2 screens Documentaries, Ad Films and Contingent films; Day 3 screens Animation films and Music videos. Contingent Films is a new concept that we will be introducing this year where around 30 to 40 colleges will participate and submit a film in accordance with the contingent name given to them. Since every year we have a different innovative themes, this year it is ‘Trendsetters of Cinema’.
